Don’t doubt me…
I've said on these pages several times, going back over a year; don't be surprised if Obama dumps Joe Biden and brings out Hillary Clinton as his running mate. It could still happen, trust me on this. Biden is a prolific gaff machine and some in the press are beginning to report those gaffs. With Obama's poll numbers dropping, he can't afford to have Joe out there making things worse with comments like his 'chains' statement. Now we also find out that for several months aides from Obama's campaign staff have been traveling with Joe and reviewing articles from the press corp covering Biden before the articles are submitted for distribution and making suggested changes, which are often adopted.
If Obama decides that Joe has become too much of a liability, Joe will suffer a medical condition that won't allow him to continue; don't doubt me, even though it would be transparent, Obama will do it. Hillary would then step in to save the day and she would re-vitalize the Democrat ticket like Paul Ryan has for the Republican ticket. There's no doubt that Hillary and Bill do not like Obama and they'd love to see him fail, secretly of course. But if she were to come in and save the day, it would boost her chances of becoming President in 2016 and that is worth the cost of having to be #2 to Obama for 4 years.
Now it may not happen, I'd say it's a 50/50 chance right now, maybe a little less, but if Joe makes another blunder and it gets reported, watch out. Even worse, if Hillary comes on board, R&R may very well lose the race and we'll have 4 more years of Obama.
UPDATE It appears I was very close on this one. I hadn't seen this story, maybe because it was on CNBC: Author Ed Klein, "The Amatuer", told Kudlow that aides to Obama have been putting out feelers to Hillary for a few weeks now. This issue came to a head when Hillary had lunch with Valerie Jarret at the White House two weeks ago; Jarrett flat out asked Hillary and Ol' Thick Ankles said no. Seems Bill was pushing Hillary to take the offer but Hill believes if an Obama/Clinton ticket could win, Obama would put Hillary in positions that she would have a tough time defending in a subsequent race for the Presidency. She believes Obama is going to move even further to the left in a 2nd term and she can't defend those positions. Additionally if Obama/Clinton lost, she'd be labeled a loser and have a tough fight she might lose; just like 2008...

The root of your writing while appearing agreeable originally, did not really settle properly with me personally after some time. Somewhere throughout the paragraphs you actually were able to make me a believer unfortunately only for a short while. I however have got a problem with your jumps in logic and you might do nicely to fill in those breaks. In the event that you can accomplish that, I will undoubtedly be fascinated.
